Not to be alarmist or anything, but if watching this baby giraffe stand up for the first time doesn't melt your heart, you might want to check yourself for a pulse: The baby calf's mom, Petal, is a 6-year-old endangered Rothschild giraffe living at the LEO Zoological Conservation Center in Greenwich, Connecticut.
