State Troopers Make Narcotic Arrest
On 7/13/2010 at approximately 10:47 a.m. Troopers stopped a motor vehicle for speeding on Rte. 15 Northbound near exit 31 in Greenwich.
State Troopers conducted an investigation and were able to locate illegal narcotics in the trunk of the vehicle, a 2002 Acura.
Located in the trunk of the vehicle was 6.5 pounds of suspected marijuana. The suspected marijuana was located in a Cuisinart blender box, the box was inside a yellow plastic shopping bag.
At this time one male occupant of the vehicle was taken into custody. Theapproximately 6.5 pounds of suspected marijuana was seized as evidence and the arrested was transported to Troop G- Bridgeport.
