Swine flu clinic still has room - Greenwich Real Time - Greenwich Time

Turkey, yams, green beans… H1N1 vaccine. While most people are going to be consumed with family dinners and holiday shopping over the next few days, the health department wants people to know it has a couple hundred slots still available for its upcoming H1N1 vaccine clinic on Tuesday, Dec. 2.


In addition to the groups that have already been given priority — pregnant women, children 6 months to 6 years old, people ages 7 to 24 with medical conditions and household contacts and caregivers of children less than 6 months old — the Dec. 2 clinic will be open to people ages 24 to 64 with medical conditions.
People can call the health department’s flu hotline at 203-622-3774 to register for the clinic.


Health Director Caroline Calderone Baisley said that depending on supplies, the clinic could be the last one until next year....
