09/12/09 Busted In Greenwich

Police blotter-

Walter Arpi, 26, of 180 North St., was charged Wednesday night with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and 911 call interfering. He was released on a $500 bond.

- Daniel Merrick, 54, of 1 Sound View Terrace, was charged Tuesday night with driving while under the influence. He was released on a $250 bond.

- Steven Kovach, 47, of 202 Weaver St., was charged Wednesday night with violation of a protective order. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

- Jose Antunez, 19, of 13 Field Point Drive, was charged Monday morning with driving while under the influence. He was released on a $250 bond.
