GCTV details access rules
On the road to expansion, Greenwich Community Television is close to adopting a policy on what types of programs will be allowed to air on the government-access station and their scheduling.

Frank Quinn, chairman of the advisory committee that oversees GCTV -- Channel 79 for Cablevision customers -- presented the two-page policy Thursday to the Board of Selectmen.....

.....In the 2006 state Senate race, the channel was accused of failing to provide equal air time to Democratic candidate Frank Farricker in his race against GOP incumbent William Nickerson, who was allowed to air a 30-second taped segment of him talking about important issues facing the state.
