GCTV details access rules
On the road to expansion, Greenwich Community Television is close to adopting a policy on what types of programs will be allowed to air on the government-access station and their scheduling.

Frank Quinn, chairman of the advisory committee that oversees GCTV -- Channel 79 for Cablevision customers -- presented the two-page policy Thursday to the Board of Selectmen.....
