05/04/09 PRESS RELEASE: Execution LCC Hires Leading Technical/Behavioral Market Strategist, Rick Bensignor, as Chief Market Strategist

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Execution LLC, an agency only global broker dealer, today announced that Rick Bensignor has joined the firm as chief market strategist. In this newly created role, Bensignor will develop the firm's morning market commentary, and will conduct stock/sector specific and multi-asset class technical and behavioral analysis overviews both in the U.S. and globally.

Bensignor was previously executive director and chief market strategist at Morgan Stanley Principal Strategies, responsible for providing the firm's proprietary traders with strategic investment and tactical trading ideas. Prior to that, he was Morgan Stanley's chief technical strategist, overseeing the banner technical research product.

"Rick brings unparalleled expertise and experience to the firm that will allow us to provide our clients with compelling new offerings and services," Gary Cunningham, CEO, Execution LCC said. "His track record of making spot-on market calls will be something we can leverage across the firm and for clients globally."

Earlier in his career Bensignor was the senior specialist at Bloomberg, L.P. for futures, commodities, and technical analysis, where he was the firm's lead person responsible for the product development, sales, and marketing of those applications. Before that, he was Morgan Stanley's commodities technical strategist, which followed his 14-year trading career as a broker and independent trader on the floor of several New York futures exchanges.

Additionally, Bensignor will be launching on May 4th a premium weekly column on TheStreet.com called "Top Gun Trader," which will provide medium-term tactical trading analysis of ETFs. Bensignor is also an adjunct professor at New York University's School of Professional and Continuing Studies, where he will be spear-heading the university's new certificate program in behavioral economics and finance theory. He is the author of New Thinking in Technical Analysis: Trading Models from the Masters. Bensignor also wrote the chapter on futures for Investor's Business Daily Guide to the Markets, and has contributed several articles to Bloomberg Magazine.

"I was attracted to Execution because of the huge entrepreneurial opportunity that exists and the chance to have a front row seat in the making of the new Wall Street," Bensignor said. "Execution is unlike any other company I've worked for, and I'm looking forward to the new experiences and opportunity to help grow the firm into the most respected and client-demanded entre into our velvet rope environment."
