Sometimes a picture says it all and this photo from the Greenwich Professional Firefighters Local 1042 shows a car is teetering on the barrier in the center of the highway on Interstate 95 in Greenwich, NBC Connecticut reports. The left lanes are closed in both directions as police investigate an accident involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle.
