According to a police report, the man is facing two counts of violation of probation, both stemming from two separate arrests in 2013. Wade P. Curley 23, of 6 Benders Dr., Greenwich, surrendered at police headquarters Dec. 10. One charge stems from his original arrest on burglary and larceny charges in connection with an incident on Seitz Lane in Cos Cob in July 2013, according to the police report.
