"I've been doing custom design for about three years now, and last year, I had two girls approach me for graduation dresses at Greenwich Academy and it just made sense," said Fong, 24. "I love the idea of doing custom graduation dresses." Fong has been in business for two years, running her eponymous design company, which has evolved from a family tradition of entrepreneurship and creativity.
