Bob Horton: Too much secrecy surrounds GHS cleanup

Since the unearthing of PCBs and other toxins at Greenwich High School in 2012, town officials have gone to great lengths to keep information from the public. The Board of Education claims to keep us informed by posting statements and documents about the PCB cleanup plan on its website, but that information is of limited value.
