Frances MeVay, 65, Of Old Greenwich, Homemaker

MeVay was born in Stamford, the daughter of Robert Bell Woodcock and Frances Woodcock, she spent her youth in Norwalk and Darien, lived in Old Greenwich for many years, and Westport, Mass., for the past seven years.
