Greenwich Based BMN's "Cognitive Insights: API" Opens New Possibilities in Audience Profiling

Behavioral Media Networks Will Be At The AT T Mobile App Hackathon In Austin Texas Behavioral Media Networks (BMN), a Connecticut based technology company announced today the launch of their new Cognitive Insights API at the AT T Mobile App Hackathon in Austin, Texas from June 14-15th. The API promises to deliver psychological insights about users, enabling companies and developers alike to produce relevant information and thus create engaging applications and online experiences. Kathy Wirt, Chief Product Office at BMN said, "We are entering a new era in cognitive science, in which development of technology is in the spotlight. " Drawing on research at MIT Media Lab and other top institutions, the CI suite detects users' personalities, values, attitudes, interests, and lifestyles from user-generated text such as social media posts, SMS, emails, blogs, cover letters and more. The BMN team will be attending the event next week, to launch and showcase the exciting workings of Cognitive Insights to all attendees. Mr. Decker is an expert in software design and development, with fifteen years of experience at corporations including Adobe and Symantec. The AT T Mobile App Hackathon is an event produced by the AT T Developer Program that is designed for attendees (technical non-technical) to build apps/mobile apps, and compete for prizes across different categories. Most importantly, it introduces the latest cutting edge tools to all participants providing a great platform for similar minds to meet.
