***The bill makes it easier for parties acquiring a brownfield to recover investigation and remediation costs from those responsible for contaminating the property.

Directions: Interstate-91 South to Interstate-95 South. Take Exit 15. Take 1st Exit toward South Norwalk/Maritime Aquarium (Exit comes up quickly). Stay to left at end of ramp (Lockwood Matthews Mansion will be on right). Take left onto West Avenue (passing under highway). Follow West Avenue to intersection with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (approx. ½ mile). Turn slight right onto Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd. (a large, surface parking lot and 12-story office building will be on your left). Cross West Washington Street and remain on Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd. Turn left on Monroe Street (2nd left after crossing intersection with West Washington Street). Pass under tracks and take IMMEDIATE right into parking lot. Event will take place outside Train Station (East bound side). 30 Monroe Street is within 1 ½ miles of the Route 7 exit

**This act requires, rather than allows, the State Education Department to adopt regulations governing medication administration by school personnel and student self-medication. It specifies that the latter must address students using asthmatic inhalers and epipens.

**Beginning immediately, this act allows a licensed physician to prescribe, administer, or dispense long-term antibiotic therapy to a patient for a therapeutic purpose that eliminates the infection or controls the patient's symptoms if (1) a clinical diagnosis is made that the patient has Lyme disease or has symptoms consistent with such a diagnosis and (2) the physician documents the diagnosis and treatment in the patient's medical record.
