McCain / Palin... Now That's the Ticket!

by greenwichguy

I have not posted much lately. I have been in the fetal position on my couch no longer being able to withstand watching the media worship at the altar of Obama....

...But now I have a reason to get off the couch. John McCain has selected in Governor Sarah Palin an exciting, young, energetic and attractive woman....

Greenwich Diva Has A Question For The Very Sweaty Greenwich Guy.....

Was Governor Sarah Palin always against the Bridge to Nowhere?

by Claudette Rothman

By now we all know that Governor Sarah Palin was against indicted Senator Ted Stevens bridge to nowhere, but what most of us did not know was on October 25th, 2006 during her race for Governor The Anchorage Daily news asked her

5. Would you continue state funding for the proposed Knik Arm and Gravina Island bridges?

And her answer was:
Yes. I would like to see Alaska’s infrastructure projects built sooner rather than later. The window is now–while our congressional delegation is in a strong position to assist.

So, it is quite clear that she was NOT always against wasting tax dollars

As of yesterday, Governor Palin proudly had an endorsement from the recently indicted Senator Ted Stevens on her website, but it was quickly removed after Senator McCain announced that she was going to be his running mate.

Thank goodness for you tube! Take a look at Governor Palin as she proudly accepts the endorsement from the now indicted Senator Stevens during her gubernatorial race in 2006 ...

Update:
Greenwich Blogger
Chris Fountain Adds His Two Cents Worth
To The VP Debate
Upon returning and checking my email I was struck by the number of missives from my "liberal" friends who have been sent absolutely around the bend by this Palin VP announcement. Greenwich Diva, run by a (black, female) friend of mine, has been forwarding every misogynist, sexist piece of trash she and her Kos friends can dig up - one day it accuses the poor Governor of lying about the parentage of the latest addition to her family and trying to hide her own daughter's pregnancy, the next it's accusations that Palin is an unfit mother who caused the poor infant's Down Syndrome by neglecting prenatal care. I've now read attacks on her figure, her hairstyle and even her support of gay rights (the latter, interestingly enough, purports to be from a conservative organization but web sleuthers tracked it back to defendobama.com).
I love liberals, especially those who are my friends, but why is it that they so readily resort to the very tactics they - inaccurately - accuse conservatives of using? Posting pictures of a 16-year-old girl that "prove" she was pregnant while her mother was not (the picture turned out to have been taken 2 years before the actual birth, but why let that get in the way of a good story?), dismissing a female candidate because of her hairstyle and taste in glasses, calling her a bimbo (see Maureen Dowd - I won't) and bashing gays, which I assume is supposed to work up conservatives, all just show that sexist, stereotypical hate lies just beneath the surface of these folks. Scratch them slightly and it all wells up. I don't pretend to know the female mind but if my pals on the left keep this up, they just might drive some women voters away from the Obama camp in disgust

September 1, 2008 Palin’s 17-year-old daughter pregnant Posted: 12:35 PM ETFrom
ST. PAUL (CNN) - Bristol Palin, the 17 year old daughter of Sarah Palin, is pregnant and will keep the baby and marry the father, a senior McCain aide confirmed to CNN Monday.

McCain was aware of Bristol Palin’s pregnancy before he chose her mother for his running mate, the aide said.

“Senator McCain knew this and felt in no way did it disqualify her from being vice president,” said the aide. “Families have difficulties sometimes and lucky for her she has a supportive (Alaskan Mother Who Is Mighty Handy With A Shotgun) family.”

Bristol Palin, a senior in high school, is about 5 months along, in her second trimester, according to the aide.

The aide said they decided to reveal this information now because of rampant Internet rumors that Sarah Palin’s four month old baby, who has Down’s Syndrome, was actually Bristol’s.

“In the course of correcting that, we needed to get the truth out,” said the McCain aide.

In a statement from Sarah and Todd Palin, they said they were “proud of Bristol’s decision to have her baby and even prouder to become grandparents.”

They also asked the media to respect their daughter’s privacy.

The McCain aide insisted a key point to keep in mind is that Bristol decided to keep the baby, a decision “supported by her parents.”

So now the Left Wing wackos like Greenwich Diva are suggesting that Sarah Palin is the grandmother of Trig, her youngest child, suggesting that she is covering for her daughter's pregnancy. The Diva will defend herself by pointing out that she is merely re-posting an article that is already out there. Not good enough Diva.
Vile attacks like this point out just how vicious the supposedly enlightened left wing really is.
This is gutter politics at its very worst. The left does not care who gets hurt in their quest for power. Whether it is trashing soldiers like John Murtha has done, Democrat Congressmen finding humor in the prospect of a hurricane hitting during the Republican convention, or attacking a defenseless 16 year old girl.

Does Greenwich Guy Know That His Little
Alaska Vixen Had A Trooper Gate Scandal?
Gov. Sarah Palin on Wednesday revealed an audio recording that shows an aide pressuring the Public Safety Department to fire a state trooper embroiled in a custody battle with her sister....
Palin, who has previously said her administration didn’t exert pressure to get rid of trooper Mike Wooten, also disclosed that members of her staff had made about two dozen contacts with public safety officials about the trooper.
“I do now have to tell Alaskans that such pressure could have been perceived to exist although I have only now become aware of it,” Palin said.

But Palin said her decision to fire Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan last month had nothing to do with his refusal to dump trooper Mike Wooten.

The governor said evidence of what she called a “smoking gun” conversation, and other calls made by her aides, only recently surfaced as the attorney general started an inquiry at her request into the circumstances surrounding her firing of Monegan. Palin wanted the review because a special investigator hired by the Legislature is about to investigate the firing and a legislator has been quoted in a newspaper story talking about impeachment.
The majority of the calls came from Palin’s chief of staff at the time, Mike Tibbles, according to information gathered by the state attorney general’s office. Attorney General Talis Colberg and
Palin’s husband, Todd, also contacted Monegan about the trooper.

Palin said she’d only known about some of the contacts and never asked anyone on her staff to get in touch with state public safety officials about Wooten.

“Many of these inquiries were completely appropriate. However, the serial nature of the contacts could be perceived as some kind of pressure, presumably at my direction,” she said.

Palin said the “most disturbing” was a phone call Frank Bailey, the governor’s director of boards and commissions, made to trooper Lt. Rodney Dial in February. The Public Safety Department recorded the call, as it does routinely.

Palin, who said she’d only just learned of the call, released a recorded copy of it to the press on Wednesday. In it, Bailey clearly pressures the lieutenant.
‘HORRIBLE RECRUITING TOOL’

Bailey told him during the conversation that Palin and her husband want to know why Wooten still has a job.

“Todd and Sarah are scratching their heads, ‘Why on earth hasn’t this, why is this guy still representing the department?’ He’s a horrible recruiting tool, you know,” Bailey told the lieutenant.

Bailey made several accusations against Wooten in the call, including that he lied on his application. Dial asked Bailey how he knew about any issue with the application.

“I used to be a recruiter. I know a lot of times that information is extremely confidential,” Dial told him.

Bailey replied he was reluctant to say but saw the application as part of Wooten’s worker’s compensation claim. Bailey, later in the call, then brought up Monegan again.

“I’m telling you honestly, you know, she really likes Walt a lot, but on this issue, she feels like it’s, she doesn’t know why there is absolutely no action for a year on this issue. It’s very, very troubling to her and the family. I could definitely relay that,” Bailey said.

Palin said Bailey wasn’t speaking on her behalf and his comments were “just wrong.”

Bailey said in a Wednesday interview that no one asked him to make the call and he doesn’t know why he indicated in the call that he was speaking on behalf of the Palins. He said he was calling lieutenant Dial, who was the state troopers liaison to the Legislature and had volunteered on Palin’s campaign, in order to try to get information about the troopers union and then brought up Wooten.

Bailey said he’d heard at a security briefing right after Palin was elected that Wooten had made a threat against Palin’s family. He said he also had casual conversations with Todd Palin about the trooper. Bailey said Todd had expressed “general frustration with the situation” but never asked him to do anything about it.

“My fear was (Wooten) could fly off the handle and do something that was irreversible,” Bailey said. “That concern, that fear, has always been in the back of my mind.”

Palin said it’s under discussion whether Bailey is going to keep his job in the administration.
COLBERG’S PHONE CALL

Attorney General Colberg also disclosed Wednesday that he’d made a call about Wooten. Colberg said he called Monegan several months ago after Todd Palin asked him about “the process” for when state troopers make death threats against the first family.

“I made an inquiry and was told by commissioner Monegan that there was a process in place and that it was handled and it was over. And I reported back to the first gentleman that there was nothing more that could be done,” Colberg said.

Palin said her husband also contacted Monegan about a threat made by Wooten but backed off when Monegan indicated he couldn’t get into the matter.

The family had alleged the threat in 2005, before Palin became governor. They said Wooten had told Palin’s sister he would shoot their father if he got the sister a lawyer.

Wooten denied saying anything like that. But a trooper investigation concluded he did, although it wasn’t a crime because he didn’t threaten the father directly. Wooten’s actions did violate trooper policy, the investigator found.

Palin said she was meeting with the investigator hired by the Legislature, Steve Branchflower, on Wednesday and would turn over everything gathered as part of the attorney general’s inquiry. The Bailey phone call was the only one that Palin singled out as being wrong. Assistant Attorney General Mike Barnhill said all the calls from then-chief of staff Tibbles, who is now running Sen. Ted Stevens’ re-election campaign, regarding Wooten looked to be appropriate.

“It’s absolutely appropriate that a chief of staff was checking on staff issues and personnel, policy and procedure,” Palin said.

Palin said no one from the Department of Public Safety — including Monegan before his firing — had complained they felt pressured regarding Wooten.
KOPP’S SEVERANCE PACKAGE

Colberg also disclosed Wednesday that Chuck Kopp, who Palin had appointed to replace Monegan as public safety commissioner, received a $10,000 state severance package after he resigned following just two weeks on the job.

It was in light of the fact that he left a comfortable 19-year career on the Kenai Peninsula and took a job that lasted less than two weeks,” Colberg said.

Kopp, the former Kenai chief of police, resigned July 25 following disclosure of a 2005 sexual harassment complaint and letter of reprimand against him.

Monegan said in a Wednesday interview that he didn’t get any severance package from the state.
WHY PALIN FIRED MONEGAN

Monegan was a Palin appointee, and she had a right to fire him for any reason. She’s previously refused to say exactly why she got rid of him, but laid out several reasons Wednesday, saying she’s decided to talk about it because Monegan is.

Palin said he wasn’t doing enough to fill state trooper vacancies and battle alcohol abuse issues. She said he “did not turn out to be a team player on budgeting issues.”

Palin said it’s fine to have debates during cabinet meetings over the budget but Monegan went further and indicated to legislators she wasn’t proposing enough spending. Palin’s acting chief of staff, Mike Nizich, said Monegan asked legislators for spending that hadn’t been authorized by the governor.

“The response he got was don’t come to us and ask for more money when you cannot fill the 56 or 58 trooper positions that were vacant,” Nizich said. “So he was making a pitch for additional funding when he couldn’t even fill what he currently had available to him.”

Monegan questioned that but declined to comment further, saying he’s already started talking to the special investigator hired by the Legislature to look into his firing.

08/30/08 It's Now Time For Beat The Press With Bill Clark

Greenwich Time Reporters And Editors Ask Bill Clark,

"Thank You Sir, May I Have Another Sir?"

By The Scribe Of Greenwich

Dear reader, the mind boggles that the Hearst Corporation, new owner of our wildly unpopular local rag, AKA Yellowwich Time, for some reason continues to keep this money-losing joke of a "newspaper" alive. They should just pull the plug and end the misery of its death-throes, not to mention the misery of all of us here in Greenwich who have to put up with it on a daily basis.
Hearken now to the latest swill, "History has a home at Seven Oaks," which would earn a quick, unmerciful "F" if any student here in Town were rash enough to write this gibberish:

"The 15-room house was designed in the Georgian Revival stule which reflected the architecture of New England in the 17th century. The original Georgian style was named for the four King Georges of England who reigned in the late 19th and early-to-mid 20th centuries. It was brought to America by the early settlers."

How does one even begin to untangle this wad of drivel? Can a "Revival" style pre-date its "original" style? One rather thinks not. Did the "four King Georges" really reign in the late 19th century, when Victoria was firmly on the throne from 1837 to 1901? Methinks she would not have been amused to learn this.
And what's all this about the early settlers of America arriving in that same time period of "the late 19th and early-to-mid 20th centuries"? What happened to Jamestown in 1609, or the Plymouth Colony in 1620? Does the Yellowwich Time reporter really expect us to believe that the Revolution was fought at the same time as the Spanish-American War?
Let's try to unsnarl the mess created by this ignoramus. King George I of England came over from Germany to assume the throne in 1714. He never really learned to speak English, which he pronounced with a Germanic accent; thus the mispronunciation "eye-ther" instead of the original "ee-ther" for the word "either" entered the language. None of his courtiers dared to correct the King, and in fact began slavishly to mimic his error. He died in 1727, never having gotten it right.
George II took over that same year, and carried on until he died in 1760. Handel wrote his "Coronation Anthems" for George's investiture as King in 1727, and was repaid when the King later got up to take a bathroom break during the first performance of the "Hallelujah Chorus". Since no one could stay seated in front of the King, everyone else got up, too. And so, dear reader, we all continue to stand today in memory of George II's weak bladder.
George III, as everyone but the Yellowwich Time writer knows, was the last King of America. He reigned from 1760 to 1820, but the real monarch during his latter years was the Prince Regent, later George IV. Such unpopular missteps as the Stamp Act and the tax on tea led to his being burned in effigy on our side of the Pond, and when the colonists had had enough, they revolted. From the "shot heard 'round the world" at Concord bridge on April 19, 1775 until the Treaty of Paris in 1783, the Brits chased the Yanks up and down the countryside. Our American George (Washington) managed to lose nearly every battle, but finally won the war thanks to the timely intervention of the French. King George lost his own battle with porphyria, and his son took over the reins for the final ten years of his life.

George IV was a naughty boy. As Prince Regent he led the life of a pampered playboy, eventually building up to a 50-inch waist and tipping the scales at 245 pounds (well, 17 and a half stones, if you prefer). During his reign architecture morphed from the Georgian to the Regency style. He died in 1830.

Well, there you have it, dear reader: a romp through the reigns of the four Georges. Somewhat different dates from those set forth in Yellowwich Time, to be sure, but all of us here in Town know you can't believe anything you read in that rag.

Bottom line: the local rag gets an F-minus-minus for its attempts to pervert the facts of history, not to mention the history of architecture. Please, somebody, just shoot this pathetic non-newspaper and end the misery. Pretty please?

Comment:

Here at Greenwich Roundup we live in a constant state of fear that Bill Clark will come and open up a can of whip ass on our never ending stream of spelling errors and bad grammar.

Fortunately, we make so many errors that Bill Clark can't waste his time correcting this rag of a blog.
The simple fact is that if Bill Clark started correcting just the spelling errors in this blog he not might get finished until the year 2025.

The year that his and everyone else's social security payments run out.

Associated Press NEW YORK
A federal appeals court on Friday refused to reinstate charges against a businessman accused of offering hundreds of millions of dollars to top officials in Azerbaijan in exchange for favorable treatment in oil deals.
In its ruling, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan agreed with a lower court that the deadline to reinstate most of the dismissed charges against Frederic Bourke Jr., of Greenwich, had passed.

The ruling did not immediately affect related charges pending against investment promoter Viktor Kozeny, an Irish citizen of Czech background who is in the Bahamas appealing an order of deportation. Kozeny cannot fight the U.S. charges unless he returns to American soil.

Earlier this year, the government dropped charges against a third man, David Pinkerton of Bernardsville, N.J.

Bourke and Pinkerton, who are U.S. citizens, were charged along with Kozeny in 2005 with conspiring to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Travel Act.

Prosecutors alleged that the trio schemed to pay tens of millions of dollars to buy off senior officials from the former Soviet republic of Azerbaijan from 1997 to 1999.

The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act makes it a crime to offer payment to foreign government officials to obtain or retain business. Besides cash, the defendants also provided jewelry and luxury items and free medical treatment to the officials, prosecutors said.

To the editor:
I would like to clarify Neil Vigdor's account of the issues surrounding the potential removal of trees in Bruce Park.
As I explained to Mr. Vigdor when he called to inform me that trees were being posted with notices by the office of Bruce Spaman, the town's tree warden, we first discovered that several old specimens were diseased and declared to be at high risk last September when, in the course of researching the museum's renovation and expansion plans, our architects undertook an independent study of the health of the trees with the help of professional arborists from Bartlett Tree Research Laboratories.

Once we had this information, we were legally obliged to share it with the town, whose responsibility it is to monitor and maintain the trees in public spaces. The information was submitted to Mr. Spaman and reviewed with him on the museum's property last November.

By posting notices on the trees this week, it is assumed that Mr. Spaman concurred with the report and its recommendations. It therefore is incorrect to suggest that the museum requested or made an application for the trees' removal.

I might add that in our planning, we have taken the stewardship of the park very seriously and seek to save as many old, healthy trees as possible, proposing to replace diseased specimens with new plantings.
Our plans also call for environmentally responsible, "sustainable" building materials and practices. One need only visit the museum at the moment, when we have three interrelated shows on climate change, to appreciate the Bruce's ongoing commitment to nature and the environment.

08/29/08 Is Michael Bodson Parading Colin Gustafson Around With A Nose Ring?

Greenwich Time says......

Written By The
Board Of Education's Boy
Colin Gustafson

A variety of unresolved facilities issues - most of them easy to fix - are preventing the Hamilton Avenue School from receiving sign-offs from inspectors necessary for students to return to the building, the school board told parents last night.

Broken glass needs to be repaired, as well as cracks in some of the floor-level surfaces that must be patched. The secondary drainage system is not functioning properly. And there are concerns about the amount of back-up power for the emergency lighting system.

In addition, crews mistakenly installed the building's thermostats too high to be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Yet another difficulty: The facility's heating, ventilation and air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to parts of the building for reasons that continue to elude members of the school's building committee.

Though relatively easy to fix, these issues are keeping the building from receiving a temporary certificate of occupancy from the town's Buildings Department, according to Michael Bodson, the school board's liason with the school's building committee.....

Whoa Whoa Whoa

Slow Down There Colin....

"The facility's heating, ventilation and air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to parts of the building for reasons that continue to elude members of the school's building committee."

And This......

"Though relatively easy to fix, these issues are keeping the building from receiving a temporary certificate of occupancy from the town's Buildings Department....."

Hey Colin, we know your new to reporting on the failed school officials like Michael Bodson, but wasn't Hamilton Avenue school closed over air quality issues caused by mold?

Didn't air quality issues in the modular classroom buildings cause the unprecedented temporary classroom shutdown, that sent Hamilton Avenue School children to classrooms all over town?

Aren't the poor little children at Glenville School taking 45 minute bus trips, because the Hamilton Avenue School air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to all of the building?

Are Glenville School mothers and fathers forced to wait an hour or more to pick up their tired and stressed out children, because Frank Mazza and his band of idiots on the school building committee can't figure out why the Hamilton Avenue School air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to parts of the building?

Wasn't Worth construction trying "it's Best" to get the Hamilton Avenue School air conditioning system working back in June and July of this year?

Did Worth Construction miss the August first, seventh and fifteenth deadlines to get only a "temporary" certificate of occupancy, that will allow children to go to school as construction continues, because the Hamilton Avenue School air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to parts of the building?

Aren't Glenville Children going to be bused all over town until just before Halloween, because the Hamilton Avenue School heating, ventilation and air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to parts of the building for reasons that continue to elude Frank Mazza and his band of idiots on the school's building committee?

Won't failed school administrators and failed school board members be coming to the BET and the RTM looking for another $250,000 to $500,000 to pay for busing Glenville students all over town because the Hamilton Avenue School heating, ventilation and air conditioning system isn't providing enough airflow to parts of the building for reasons that continue to elude Frank Mazza and his band of idiots on the school's building committee?

THIS IS A MINOR PROBLEM?

As usual Colin's incomplete and unbalanced reporting comes shining through, only Michael Bodson, the school board's liaison with the school's building committee, who has repeatedly misled school parents and tax payers is quoted in this amateurishly written story.

Why is Co;in to lazy to pick up the phone and get quotes and information from other persons, besides failed school administrators and the failed school board members that lead them.

Why can't Colin get quotes and information from......

  • Glenville and Hamilton Avenue Parents who have to watch their children suffer year after year.

  • BET and RTM members who are tired of shelling out millions on Frank Mazza's Building committee.

  • Town Of Greenwich Building Department Officials.

  • Independent construction managers and building ventilation experts

  • The single family homeowners who's tax bill goes up every year.

  • Etc, Etc, Etc,.....

This unsolved three month old problem that continues to shut down Hamilton Avenue School is only reported as a "minor problem", because Michael Bodson, the school board's liaison with the school's building committee is leading Colin Gustafson around with a nose ring.

Michael Bodson: "Say Mooooo Colin."

Colin Gustafson: "MOOOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Michael Bodson: "That's My Little Hieffer."

08/29/08 Do You Think It Was A Big Mistake For The Greenwich Time To Fire Sarah? Do you think it's a good idea for Sarah's bolg to steal?

by Sarah Darer Littman

Seven years ago today, I made an attempt on my own life, and ended up in hospital. It was the worst time of my life, but it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

This evening, I was lying in the hammock (Reason # 6894759 to love The Webmeister), cuddled up with my puppy Benny, thinking about far I have come since that day seven years ago and thanking G-d for the gifts in my life today. My two wonderful children. A great relationship with a supportive guy. A lovable white fluffball to play with by day and curl up with at night. A career doing what I love, and on this very day, some great news that I hope to share very soon.

A new online project with some former colleagues at the Greenwich Time/Stamford Advocate called Our Greenwich that I'm really excited about. So much to be grateful for - including that most dreadful, horrible time, seven years ago; because if I hadn't gone through that, I wouldn't be here. Plus, the experiences in the hospital gave me a lot of material I used in writing PURGE, a book I feel so passionate about.

I'm so happy and grateful to be alive, to be here, to be in my life right now, waiting to watch Obama make his speech tonight, a historic moment mingling with my own moment of personal triumph.

It is great to see that Sara has survived and preveiled, but this Our Greenwich is certainly no Greenwich Time Killer.

The first posting is this hard hitting item .....

It’s Our Town - and there are just so many things to love about it. Tell us your 10 favorite things about living or working in Greenwich - or even visiting, if you’re reading this from farther afield.

To kick things off, we have Nicole Crosby of Cos Cob, who gave us the idea for fun feature.

My Greenwich Top Ten List - Nicole Crosby

(In no particular order)

A Pont-Neuf pastry from Versailles on the Avenue

Filling my red wagon at the May Gardener’s Market.....blah....blah.....blah

Is Our Greenwich trying to out fluff the Greenwich Time.

So far Our Greenwich actually makes the Greenwich Time look good.

I Actually Think That The New Greenwich Time Editor David Warner Is Rolling On The Floor And Laughing His Ass Off At.....

After Greenwich Time Publisher John M. Dunster fired Editor Joe Pisani. And David Warner was brought in to clean house. Joe Pisani and the unemployed ex-Greenwich Time staffers started telling anyone who would listen about how they were going to drive the Greenwich Time into the ground with a new killer web site.

They contacted a web master who wanted $25,000 to start, but Joe Pisani got some advertising job in the city and began writing for the Greenwich Post. The word is that a conference call with the $25,000 web master was set up and no former Greenwich Time employee showed up.

I hope to god that Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman and Susie Costaregni did not spend $25,000 on Our Greenwich.

The Our Greenwich team blog kind of reminds one of the The Greenwich Blog which has not been updated for over two months.

I have been told that Chris from the StationStops blog might be the web master behind the Our Greenwich blog.

It does have his crisp and clean with no caffeine style.

Sarah Darer Littman does have a lot of bucks and maybe she forked $25,000 over to Chris at StationStops for this standard word press team blog.

Now that Greenwich Time editor David Warner has recuperated from laughing his ass off.

I will say that Greenwich Roundup wishes Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman and Susie Costaregni all the best and hopefully they will stop blogging about "Pont-Neuf pastry" and "little red wagons" and get serious about issues that are effecting the single family homeowners of Greenwich.

All these years Greenwich Time reporters and columnists have been telling us that the corporate owners will not let them tell all about the powers that be in Greenwich.

Now that they are free of the corporate bullies they bring us "Pont-Neuf pastry" and "little red wagons".

No wonder Dunster and Warner got rid of Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman and Susie Costaregni.

If the Our Greenwich blog doesn't start getting serious they will be buried by David Warner and the Greenwich Time.

It is actually very pathetic to see how uncreative the former Greenwich Time staffers are. For example, Joy Haenlein is calling her blog page

Old Greenwich Roundup.

No wonder David Warner cleaned house and got rid of these amateurish and unimaginative third and forth rate plagiarizing columnists who were washed up has beens.

MAYBE INSTEAD OF ASKING DO YOU THINK IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE FOR THE GREENWICH TIME TO FIRE SARA, MAYBE WE SHOULD BE ASKING IF WAS A BIG MISTAKE FOR SARA TO ASSIST. ENCOURAGE AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORT JOY'S THEFT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. PLEASE SEE.......

Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman and Susie Costaregni. attempt to steal Old Greenwich Roundup Name And Concept On Their New Team Blog.It is actually very pathetic to see how uncreative the former Greenwich Time staffers are.

Joy Haenlein is calling her blog page Old Greenwich Roundup.

Each Roundup Media Site Is Tracked By Google Analytics,

And We Believe That Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman , Susie Costaregni And Their Associates Have Visited The Roundup Media Websites Multiple Times At Home And At Their Former Employers Computers.

Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman , Susie Costaregni and their associates working together to steal the Old Greenwich Roundup Blog name and Concept After Visiting Roundup Media Websites Is Going To Cost Each Of Them A Hell Of A Lot More Than The $25,000 They Had Initially Talked Of Investing In A Website/Team Blog.

Just As They Can Not STEAL The Greenwich Time Name, They Can Not Use The Greenwich Roundup, Old Greenwich Roundup Without Paying A Very High Legal Cost And Personal Judgement.

Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman and Susie Costaregni is the only persons using some Greenwich Time traditional design elements in their new blog.

These design elements might be considered proprietary and Hearst Media may not look favorably on former employees violating trademarked design elements.

Old Greenwich Roundup would remind Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman , Susie Costaregni and their associates that they are stealing this intellectual property as sole proprietors and not as members of a LLC or shareholders of a corporation or trust.

Old Greenwich Roundup and it's affiliated Roundup Media Websites demand that Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman , Susie Costaregni and their associates immediately cease and desist the theft of the name Old Greenwich Roundup and other intellectual property associated with the name or be prepared to loose your personal assets.

The Old Greenwich Roundup website / blog was backed up tonight in order to preserve previous posting as evidence for a potential lawsuit against Joe Pisani .John Ferris Robben ,Joy Haenlein ,Sarah Darer Littman , Susie Costaregni and there associates.

Some Our Greenwich web pages have been saved.

All Google Analytic Reports were downloaded for all of the Roundup Media Websites / Blogs for use as evidence.
