Olivia Marie Adams, 33, of 1308 Madison Ave., Bridgeport, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Adams, who was visiting the Greenwich Woods nursing home, physically assaulted a worker there, police said. She was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford on November 7th.
