Real Estate Firm Achieves Number One Agent in the Nation, and 18 Agents Overall in Prestigious Ranking

Sun Valley, ID – Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. is proud to announce that 18 of its agents are featured in the just-released “America’s Top 400 Real Estate Professionals for 2008,” an annual ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, REAL Trends and lore Magazine. The company had 4 out of the top 5 agents in the award's “Top 100 Agents by Sales Volume” category, including the agent ranking number one in the country. Serena Boardman of Sotheby's International Realty's East Side Manhattan brokerage was named the top agent in the category with a sales volume of over $255 million, the highest in the nation.

Demonstrating the company's continued strength as one of the nation’s premier brokerages, 2008 marks the third time in the past four years that Sotheby's International Realty has had the number one agent in the country in individual sales volume, and the third year in a row that the company has had 10 or more brokers from across the country recognized in this prestigious roster.
