Police say Greenwich man injures two officers in bar brawl Greenwich Time - Greenwich,CT,USA By Debra Friedman "He gave a stance and then he went after the officers," said Lt. Daniel Allen. Coen was intoxicated, Allen said. "He continued to act out and then he decided to take on one of the officers who had to use a Taser to get compliance," Allen said. According to the police report, Coen fought back as he was being handcuffed and grabbed one of the officer's police batons from his belt, prompting two other officers to pin him to the ground.
