Good food is an integral part of the very fabric of Granit Balidemaj 's life, having grown up in the kitchen at Alba's, an Italian restaurant in Port Chester, N.Y. But at the age of 24, the Greenwich resident is stepping out from the comfort of a back-of-the-house kitchen by opening his own catering company, Granit Events & Catering .
