Part of a study of 40 office markets in the U.S., Pennsylvania Avenue was among the premier streets in the country.
Greenwich Avenue's average full service rent topped those along the Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles, where the average rent is $59 per square foot, Royal Palm Way’s $57.99 per square foot rents in Palm Beach, Fla., and Boylston Street’s $52.65 per square foot rents in Boston.
However, Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, Calif., came in at $113.64 per square foot; Fifth Avenue in Manhattan at $97.14 per square foot; Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Conn., at $89.86 per square foot and University Avenue in Silicon Valley where the average rent is $83.16 per square foot.
