TWO DAYS LATER GREENWICH POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT DISCLOSES AN ASSUALT VICTIM FROM WILBUR PECK WAS SENT TO GREENWICH HOSPITALTito Jaramillo and a 17-year-old male were charged in connection with an assault after their victim told the Greenwich Police that he had been repeatedly punched and kicked in the face.
A massive police responce was sent to Wilbur Peck Court to locate and arrest the two assailants.
The male victim was taken to Greenwich Hospital with a broken nose and other facial injuries
Tito Jaramillo, 18, of 4 Ivy St was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
The juvenile was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, because he had previously been banned from Wilbur Peck.
Tito Jaramillo was released on a promise to appear in court.
Tito "I Will Smash You In The Face" Jaramillo was back on the streets before his victim was out of the Greenwich Hospital.
