A two-story Colonial home at 895 Lake Ave. topped residential real estate transactions last week, selling for more than $9 million, according to property records on file at the Town Assessor's office. The 9,478 square-foot home, situated on 4 acres of land in Backcountry Greenwich was last assessed at $5.8 million.
