A Greenwich teen is facing a plethora of charges after he allegedly staged what was initially reported as a home invasion during which he was assaulted and thousands of dollars in jewelry were stolen. The 17-year-old is accused of plotting the Nov. 17 incident with a friend and then calling Greenwich Police to report the incident that turned out to be a hoax, according to Greenwich Police.
