Marlborough-based First Colony Development has sold the Brigham Business Park, a 169,230-sqquare-foot industrial and flex complex, to Greenwich, Conn.-based Ivy Realty for $14.5 million. The park contains a mix of office, flex, R&D, industrial, warehouse and manufacturing space within three high-bay buildings at 19, 41 and 53 Brigham St. The complex contains 31 tenants, including AT&T, Carquest Auto Parts and Ambri Inc. Avison Young's Michael Smith, Scott Jamieson and Brandon Dickason represented Jon Delli Priscoli, CEO of First Colony Development, in the transaction.
