Tina V. Hummel, 35, of 63 South Lawn Ave., Elmsford, N.Y., was arrested by warrant Tuesday night and charged with second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny, and attempt to obtain medication with a forged prescription, according to a police report. Full Story
