PRESS RELEASE: Greenwich Park Pass Renewals

In a continued effort to improve efficiency and customer service, the Department of Parks and Recreation Park Pass renewal process has been changed. Park Pass renewal applications will not be mailed out this year in favor of using our existing online renewal process. The online system has been used by many town residents with positive results over the last five years.

To renew your passes online, please login to the Parks and Recreation website at www.greenwichct.org/webtrac and follow the onscreen prompts.

Password Updates
Effective January 29, 2018, The Town of Greenwich requires passwords to be changed on an annual basis. When you login for the first time to your Parks and Recreation account at: www.greenwichct.org/webtrac please select the link to reset your password.
