Dr. Susan Bissell is the guest speaker at the next Retired Menis Association luncheon, set for 10:30 a.m. April 8 at the First Presbyterian Church, Lafayette Place. Biissell, UNICEF Chief of Child Protection, will be speaking on UNICEFis release of some 3,000 South Sudanese child soldiers.
