Traffic in the Byram neighborhood of town may continue to be more congested than usual on Tuesday afternoon as the Connecticut Department of Transportation performs bridge inspections. There will be lane shifts on Delavan Avenue between Byram Shore Road and Tingue Street, as crews inspect the I-95 overpass.
