The Steven and Alexandra Cohen Foundation awarded a $2 million grant to Harlem RBI and DREAM Charter School to complete a gym, offices and nearly 90 units of affordable housing in East Harlem. The Cohens, who live in Greenwich, focus their foundation on education, children's health, veterans and the arts, with Steve Cohen the founder of Point72 Asset Management in Stamford .
