Two men were arrested on risk of injury and disorderly conduct charges after they got into a dispute during a children custody exchange that took place in front of Greenwich Police headquarters. One of the men, identified as the father of the two girls, was arguing with the man who accompanied the children's mother for the exchange about 9:15 p.m. Sunday and the argument caught the attention of four officers inside headquarters, according a police report.
