Another Monday in Connecticut must mean another storm that dumped snow on the state and led to mass school delays and cancellations. The latest storm dumped 3 to 6 inches of snow on the state and the big winner, I guess you can call it that, was Milford receiving 7 inches of snow, according to WFSB 3 TV.
