The state legislature is busy with the work of planning the state budget in the face of growing deficits, state Rep. Mike Bocchino, R-150th District, tells his constituents in Greenwich. "The budget is once again front row and center as we face around a $3 billion deficit the next two years," Bocchino said in a statement.
