Greenwich homes often linger on the market

Dunnellen Hall, the Greenwich estate of the late Leona and Harry Helmsley, has been on the market for more than 240 days, after listing for $65 million in July, 2014. Despite the well-manicured lawns and multimillion-dollar estates dotting the streets of town, houses in Greenwich typically sit on the market for about 173 days -- just like the rest of the state.
