The next Green Drinks Greenwich networking and social event, a talk with resident Mary Gibbons, will take place Tuesday, Feb. 10 at the Bruce Museum. Green Drinks Greenwich is a monthly event for those interested in environment and sustainability, and Gibbons will talk about her work at Sweden's annual ICEHOTEL, which is built every year out of snow and ice just north of the Arctic Circle.
