With forecast daytime temperatures in the teens and overnight in the single digits with below zero windchills, the Greenwich Health Department has issued a cold weather alert with tips on how to stay safe and warm. Exposure to cold temperatures, whether indoors or outside, can cause serious or life threatening health emergencies.
