Two Greenwich men along with a Norwalk woman were arrested with a large amount of Ketamine, an animal tranquilizer and veterinarian anesthetic that is also a strong hallucinogenic. Derek Rigano , 23, of Bible Street in Greenwich, Jacob Ezekiel Graff , 23, of Stag Lane, Greenwich and Nicole Greenwald , 20, of Flax Hill Road, Norwalk, were arrested by police Thursday night.
