After more than 15 years in business, Karl Automotive Service of Greenwich at 1330 E. Putnam Ave., is closing its garage bays on Saturday. "It was a very difficult business decision, but it came down to overall business climate and the prospects for the next five to 10 years and looking at escalating lease costs, and the cost of doing business," said Leo Karl III , president of Karl Chevrolet , which is based in New Canaan.
