The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce has rescheduled its educational seminar, "Making Sense of How The Affordable Care Act Will Affect You," for Monday, Feb. 2. Len Carusi and Tom Keller of the H&R Block branch on 41 W. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich will lead the seminar, which will explain the ACA and how it affects taxes for people and businesses alike.
