The company, which already has a local restaurant on Greenwich Avenue, has taken over the former home of the Hunan Cafe in Riverside Plaza off Exit 5 of I-95. Marcia O'Kane, executive director of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, said she learned of Chipotle's plans not long after hearing of Hunan Cafe's decision to close.
