Driver Charged With Manslaughter In Crash That Killed Greenwich Woman

Nearly a month after she fled on foot after a motor vehicle accident left two people dead, including her passenger, a Bridgeport woman was arrested Wednesday at a Stamford residence on manslaughter charges, police said. Felicia D. Burl, 32, of 236 West Ave., was charged with two counts of second-degree manslaughter, second-degree assault and two felony counts of evading responsibility.

A 23-year-old Greenwich man is free on $1,000 bond after an argument with his sister over an article of clothing ended with his arrest on disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint charges. According to a Greenwich Police report, officers were called to the siblings' home on North Baldwin Farms Road about 8:45 p.m. Nov. 28. Police determined that Douglas A. Levy, of 46 N. Baldwin Farms Rd., "prevented his sister from leaving a room by blocking a door and restraining her by her arm," according to the report.
