A 23-year-old Greenwich man is free on $1,000 bond after an argument with his sister over an article of clothing ended with his arrest on disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint charges. According to a Greenwich Police report, officers were called to the siblings' home on North Baldwin Farms Road about 8:45 p.m. Nov. 28. Police determined that Douglas A. Levy, of 46 N. Baldwin Farms Rd., "prevented his sister from leaving a room by blocking a door and restraining her by her arm," according to the report.
