Sitting outside the State's Attorney's office in Bridgeport on Friday afternoon the Kennedy cousin, accused of the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley of Greenwich, motioned at the glass partition with a left arm that has a GPS device strapped to it. "Those people in there, they are terrorists," he said.
