Rain could be heavy at times as a nor'easter blows into Fairfield County on Tuesday, causing a Flood Watch for the whole region and a Wind Advisory and Coastal Flood Warning for the shoreline, the National Weather Service said. With 1 to 2 inches of rain in the stormy forecast for Tuesday, the Flood Watch is in effect until 1 a.m. Wednesday for all of Fairfield County.
