The Greenwich United Way Community Planning Council's Legislative Breakfast will be held on Friday, Dec. 19 in the Greenwich Town Hall Meeting Room. The annual event takes place from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. and is open to residents, local organizations and service agencies, town government employees, and other community leaders involved in local health and human services.
