Greenwich Selectman David Theis, 65, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, according to a joint statement from his colleagues, First Selectman Peter Tesei and Selectman Drew Marzullo. "It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved selectman, friend and colleague David N. Theis," the statement said.
