The town of Greenwich will be celebrating the 375th anniversary of its founding in 1640 and will be planning a wide variety of events throughout the year. To herald the beginning of the 375th Anniversary, bells in steeples will ring throughout Greenwich at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1. On Sunday, Feb. 22, the town will rededicate Putnam Hill Park by installing a new memorial that depicts Gen.
