The woman accused of fleeing the car crash she caused that killed a Greenwich woman and a Stamford man in November remains in custody, unable to post the $500,000 bond set on the manslaughter charges she faces. Felicia Burl, 32, of Stamford and Bridgeport, pleaded not guilty to two counts each of second-degree manslaughter and felony evading responsibility, and second-degree assault, according to The Advocate.
