When Crumbs announced in July that it was closing all of its stores , cupcake dreams crumbled as the doors were shuttered for the popular bakeries in Greenwich, Stamford, Westport and Danbury and beyond. But thanks to an infusion of cash from Marcus Lemonis and Fischer Enterprises, who stepped in to take ownership of Crumbs, many of the cupcake outlets have sprung open again.
