Triad apartments sell for $9.8M

A Connecticut-based private investment group has bought the 144-unit Sedgefield Apartments complex in Winston-Salem for $9.8 million. An entity managed by Greenwich, Conn.-based Starwood Capital Group LLC on Oct. 30 closed on the apartment purchase from a group managed by Boston-based Berkshire Property Advisors LLC, according to a Forsyth County deed.
