Stamford police are looking for a woman who they say was the driver of the car that slammed into another car last week that resulted in the deaths of two people. A $500 reward has been offered for information on or the location of Felicia Burl, 32. Police said she was the driver who fled the scene of a double fatal motor vehicle crash on West Main Street in Stamford near the Greenwich line at about 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7. In the accident, a 2002 Nissan Altima traveling south on Alvord Lane ran a red light at West Main Street and struck a westbound BMW, police said.
