Orquidia Moreno of Greenwich was one of 200 Western Connecticut State University students who volunteered for a Day of Service to assist Danbury residents and nonprofits. Among the places the WCSU volunteers served were Ann's Place, The Danbury Railway Museum, the Danbury Fire Department, Tarrywile Park and Ellsworth Avenue Elementary School in Danbury.
